Personalized items are non-refundable, so please be sure to check the spelling twice on all personalized items before placing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for any spelling errors that are submitted with the order, and we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations on personalized merchandise.

Please inspect your merchandise upon receipt.  Any damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for an exchange.  If a spelling error is made on our part, we will promptly exchange it for an identical item with the same personalization.

FREE Tooth Fairy Letters

Our FREE Tooth Fairy Letter MUST BE SENT in the same package as the Tooth Fairy Pillow to qualify as being free.  If you request a free letter after receiving your Tooth Fairy Pillow, there will be a separate $3.00 shipping charge.

PERSONALIZATION

Silk-screened Pillowcases and Tooth Fairy Pillows:  Personalization on Tooth Fairy Pillows and silk-screened pillowcases is carefully done by hand with a permanent fabric paint pen in black to make the name stand out, then stars or hearts are added in a coordinating color.

Appliquéd pillowcases are personalized by sewing cut-out letters in your choice of fabric onto a Full or Toddler size pillowcase, using color-coordinated zigzag stitching to ensure durability.

Embroidered and Minky pillowcases are personalized by professionally embroidering a name onto a Full or Toddler size pillowcase.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Always wash pillowcases inside out in cold water on a delicate cycle.  Never use bleach or liquid fabric softeners (dryer sheets are fine).  Tooth Fairy Pillows, Infant Pillows, and Toddler pillows can be spot-cleaned and air-dried.

Even though postage costs have increased again, we are still offering low shipping rates.  Relax and enjoy our flat rate shipping - just $5.95 ships your entire order first class.  You can also choose Priority Mail for $7.95 for quicker shipping after processing.

Tooth Fairy Pillow and silkscreened Pillowcase orders are generally processed within 5 business days.  Embroidered and Appliquéd pillowcases take longer to process, so please allow 10-14 business days to process.  Add shipping time to the processing time.

First Class mail delivery can take from one to ten days after processing depending on where in the country you live, so we also offer Priority Mail service as an added option for quicker shipping after processing.  Delivery always takes longer around holidays, so please order early.
